Esalen ® Massage is a therapeutic massage that can include:
- Deep tissue massage (eg.: specific area, lower back pain issue, shoulder injury, etc.)
- Specific condition massage (eg.: arthritis, multiple sclerosis, Lyme desease, etc.)
- Vivifying massage
- Relaxation massage and rejuvenation
- Energetic massage (combined with Polarity Therapy and Reiki)
We are both available by appointment, from Monday to Saturday, 10h00 to 19h30 (last appointment) either in the Laurentians, or in Montreal.
